The three-phase induction motor, also known as an asynchronous motor, is currently the most widely used AC motor in industry. When supplied with three-phase AC power, the stator generates a rotating magnetic field, and the rotor acquires current through electromagnetic induction, then rotates due to the force exerted by the magnetic field. Since the rotor speed always remains lower than that of the stator's magnetic field, it is called "asynchronous." This motor requires no brushes, features a simple structure, and is robust and durable, making it universally used in factory equipment, pumps, fans, gearboxes, and air compressors.
